“Thank you for taking the time and effort to develop this website (zoeandmolly.ca). It is very handy for all ages and shows the possible dangers of being on the Internet.” Comment from Grade 4 teacher.

Zoe and Molly

The Zoe and Molly Online Safety Initiative, based on a true case submitted to Cybertip.ca, is designed to help parents and educators teach children 8 to 10 years of age about online safety. The initiative includes two comic books, a lesson, a website and interactive activities that focus on the risks associated with playing games online and sharing personal information and pictures online. Children can learn through special online games that allow them to create their very own avatar as well as complete an interactive comic book that helps teach them how to stay safe while adventuring through the online world.

The Zoe and Molly Online Safety Initiative was developed in partnership with Shaw Communications Inc. With Shaw’s support, we are able to distribute child protection materials to schools across Canada free-of-charge.
